“‘Suite as Soda Pop’ was a great space! It was much bigger than we expected and the outdoor area was a real treat. Marcie was kind and made sure we felt like we could reach out to her for anything we needed, even letting us use her grill and providing charcoal for us— she definitely was one the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever stayed with.”
The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
“We stayed at the Little house just for one night, but absolutely fell in love with the place. Carol and Dave were super nice and caring, the house was clean and had everything we needed. In the morning we sit on the porch and watched some animals while listening to the sound of the birds. It is such a peaceful place! We will def be back if we are in the area.”
Secluded, cozy studio loft. Beautiful pine ceiling and walls. Queen bed and love seat that opens to a twin size bed. Full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave/convection oven. Beautiful property on 1+ acres surrounded by trees. Take a short hike down to the creek! Off the beaten path but very convenient to downtown, Oak Ridge, restaurants and the mountains!
“I stayed at the barn for the better part of a month and absolutely fell in love with it. This is one of those listings that could be featured on Airbnb because it's a perfect blend of stylish design and comfort, located in a beautiful natural setting but still close to town. I was surprised at how well everything worked: Excellent plumbing and good water pressure; modern and reliable A/C; fast Internet. Beverly was very friendly and helpful, quick to respond to messages and ready to provide supplies at a moment's notice. I loved being so close to Beaver Creek, too. In nice weather, I would keep the main door open and the screen door closed so I could hear the water flowing downstream while I worked on my laptop or made breakfast in the kitchen. The barn is a steal for the price, and I would not hesitate to book it again.”
