The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Secluded, cozy studio loft. Beautiful pine ceiling and walls. Queen bed and love seat that opens to a twin size bed. Full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave/convection oven. Beautiful property on 1+ acres surrounded by trees. Take a short hike down to the creek! Off the beaten path but very convenient to downtown, Oak Ridge, restaurants and the mountains!

Beverly was very friendly and helpful, quick to respond to messages and ready to provide supplies at a moment's notice. I loved being so close to Beaver Creek, too. In nice weather, I would keep the main door open and the screen door closed so I could hear the water flowing downstream while I worked on my laptop or made breakfast in the kitchen. The barn is a steal for the price, and I would not hesitate to book it again.”
