Monthly Rentals in Prado, La Candelaria

It is a nice new apartment with a nice view. The only complaint I have is that the description and some photos did not match the apartment. Maybe the host uses the same description for more than one property and does not make sure that it accurately describes the apartment you are given. For example, the description says "fully equipped kitchen" but it does not have a range/stove, just a microwave. It also mentions a double bed and sofa bed, but there is no sofa bed. It states it has a safe in the amenities, but there was none. I hope that the host updates the description to match the property being rented.

Peaceful quite place, tidy and well maintained building. Near public transportation to everywhere. Mr. Juan is always responsive. Ideal for long stays.

I had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and matched the pictures that are shown in the listing. The team was very helpful and responsive. Tatiana and Mayerli at the front desk were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Any comment, question or request I made was quickly addressed. There is a market/cafe/bakery/convenience store located downstairs right next door that had everything you may need during your stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

The accommodation fully recommended, comfortable, clean, very quiet and with all the amenities that are advertised, with very easy transportation and so on. Jose is a great host, very attentive and kind.
