The apartment has central air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you'll find the main terrace with a private swimming pool, which can be used all year round (not heated).
