This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

We welcome you to an authentic silk farm for a relaxing stay in our eco-friendly place. We cultivate benevolence, harmony, a gourmet garden and a sense of good living. We are located on the edge of the village, close to remarkable sites, the Ardèche Gorges, Pont d'Arc, Chauvet Cave, pretty rivers, colorful markets and picturesque villages... Our rental - gite "Labeaume" 3/4 persons - is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave...) / dining / living room with sofa bed and flat screen, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in mezzanine, 2 single beds in 90. The rental also offers a covered terrace and a private garden. The rental was completely renovated in 2023.
