Our small house is 105 m2 with three rooms, large living room. Kitchen with most amenities. There is a wood-burning stove, gas grill, washing machine, wifi, chromecast, covered terrace , possibility of storing bikes in an enclosed basement. Important to know: The house is not furnished as a rental house, but personally. The only thing we expect is that the house is left in nice and clean upon departure. Close to shopping, harbor and beach. Præstø is a small, cozy town with about an hour's drive to Copenhagen and Møns Klint.

Large partially covered patio and spa, as well as fire pit area. In the summer and early autumn, fruits grow in several places in the area you can freely eat from.

1st floor in villa in the 1st row to Præstø Fjord, quietly located within walking distance to Næskoven with large garden down to the fjord. The apartment contains: Living room and kitchen living room with dining area and sofa area. Office with sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed. New bathroom. For the apartment there is balcony with barbecue and from the bedroom exit to smaller roof terrace. Carport with space for 2 cars and 3 parking spaces. There are also 2 kayaks that can be used for sailing on the fjord.

Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.
