Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a great time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, grilladas, spacious and very comfortable. Near downtown Arraial and very safe for being a gated condominium. Heloise was very attentive both in the preparations for the trip, upon our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and will surely return another year.

The house is a delight , super cozy, the pool near the barbecue area making the atmosphere comfortable for family, the locality very close to the shops , at night the shopping center with a restaurant, bars with live music, snack bars... During the day the tranquillity of the condominium , birds singing , the beach practically private in the "backyard" . Worth worth a house equipped with all the utensils ... Surely we will go back ❤️

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

Worst of all was leaving, everything was gorgeous, Rogelio and Denilson, both wonderful. The place, super comfortable, beautiful sea views, the seagulls in the windows woke us up in the morning. From the balcony we saw the turtles in the sea. Beautiful stay, I had a wonderful time and with all the comfort. Ame Casa Madrid

I feel at home, the apartment is very nice, the good thing is that I had a garage and we were able to keep the car that we rent, it is close to the beach, the area is quiet, without noise, it was able to rest very well, and how interesting it has a shower in the entrance which you can bathe in order to be able to clean you after being on the beach.

Exactly as described. Very good apartment, great location, very clean, simplified and flexible check-in, not to mention the proximity to the beach. We'll be back. We just have to thank you.

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

The truth is that it has been one of my best stays on Airbnb. From the treatment with Evandro, to every attention and the apartment has been IMPECCABLE. I am already organizing everything to return in December, both my daughter and my wife were fascinated with everything the apartment had.
