The house accurately matches all photos and descriptions of the listing. The residence is very complete, cozy, refreshing, clean and had all the utensils we needed. It has a garage with space for two cars, barbecue, tv, two bathrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. I felt at home. The very good location too! Near important points of the island. But what delighted us the most, besides the island, of course, was the way we were welcomed, very quickly and clearly, Érica gave a summary about the care we needed to take, tips on tours and beaches, where to fuel and even the most appropriate repellent! With these tips we feel less lost and we were able to enjoy little more. Really, I have no words to describe how gratifying this trip was. Satisfaction in every way! I hope to come back soon and stay a little longer as 3 days passed too fast!

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

The house is very good, spacious, comfortable, air in all bedrooms and in the living room, well-equipped kitchen with all kinds of equipment: Tostex, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots, glasses, plates, cups. The furniture in general then in good condition and are functional. Very pleasant grill area with a background for an area of forest, maintaining privacy. We had an issue with one of the showers that was promptly resolved by the host. I had read in previous guests' comments about a water pump noise in the room and chose to rent the house anyway, as I thought it might not be so annoying, but it was. It would be good to change the bomb for a silent one or invest in a noise fence, as it really bothers those who stay in that room. Every time it flushes or opens a faucet, the pump triggers high. Other than that, it was very pleasant, the house is very close to the beach, about 10 min walking.

It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area but it's right in front of the cottage so it took it super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great, spacious, clean beds and mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool (which the kids love) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house, everything was perfect, we all loved it, we already have plans to make another reservation soon! It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.
