It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

Se estiver na praia e precisar de uma cervejinha ou lanchinho, é só dar alguns passos e tudo está na mão ! São cinco suítes, todas com ar condicionado, ventilador de teto e telas mosquiteiro . Uma das suítes, no andar térreo, é adaptado para cadeirantes.
