We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Dear guests, when renting for two people and it is not a couple, please let me know. In the single bathroom, the shower cubicle only has one glass sheet (it works better this way).

The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, stove and refrigerator!
