Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Flat ideal p/ 4 hóspedes, flat arejado e claro, com uma varanda pequena sem cobertura. Quando alugo para duas pessoas e não for um casal, por favor avisar. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).Para acrescentar hóspede terá um valor de 100 reais por diária.
