All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

The house is beautiful, all the same as the photos. 3 spacious rooms, very large living room and the living area is sensational. The only point to note is that the noise of the water pump is very loud in one of the rooms when a tap/toilet is activated. Other than that, everything perfect! The dialogue with Luciana was also very good, removed all doubts and facilitated the 5-star check in. We would return to this accommodation again!

The house is very cozy and has a wonderful view! In addition to the service being excellent, the house was as impeccable as ever (clean, organized, with useful bedding and kitchen utensils and in great condition). House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. I very much like the space, very well equipped house, with everything you need. has everything and a little bit more, we are very well hosted. Easy entry and exit. Markets,pharmacies, bakery, all very close, thing of 5 minutes walking. it was very worth it!!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area but it's right in front of the cottage so it took it super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great, spacious, clean beds and mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool (which the kids love) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house, everything was perfect, we all loved it, we already have plans to make another reservation soon! The house accurately matches all photos and descriptions of the listing. The residence is very complete, cozy, refreshing, clean and had all the utensils we needed. It has a garage with space for two cars, barbecue, tv, two bathrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. I felt at home. The very good location too! Near important points of the island. But what delighted us the most, besides the island, of course, was the way we were welcomed, very quickly and clearly, Érica gave a summary about the care we needed to take, tips on tours and beaches, where to fuel and even the most appropriate repellent! With these tips we feel less lost and we were able to enjoy little more. Really, I have no words to describe how gratifying this trip was. Satisfaction in every way! I hope to come back soon and stay a little longer as 3 days passed too fast!

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.
