The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

The house is amazing! All very clean, organized and brand new. Super comfortable, we felt at home anyway. We have already stayed in several houses on Ilha Comprida, but this one was certainly one of the best!

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

Excellent experience in Angela's space. A mansion built in 1871, very large and bucolic. Great structure, good location and infrastructure. A beautiful option for a weekend or family holiday in a historic town and close to beaches. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

Host Sandra is very friendly and attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and also indicated amazing tour places. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, we have spent a wonderful weekend, we will definitely be back.

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

Fátima was a very solicitous host. The house was spotless, we had a great stay. Practically on the beach street, on the corner there is a little market that is open until 9pm. We love it and will come back for sure!

One difference is that it has easy access to the beach.

The stay was great, we had an in-flexible check, we arrived earlier and we were answered promptly. The accommodation was clean, with a good leisure space. Nearby has supermarkets. We highly recommend and we will certainly return to the location of returning to Iguape.

The stay at Paulo's house was wonderful. My family and I had a magical week in that place. My kids had a great time. The house is very well equipped with everything we need for a multi-day stay. Paulo is a very fine person and helped us with everything we needed. The place is wonderful... very quiet and beautiful all around. If we go back... we'll certainly stay at Paulo's house again.

The house has everyday essentials by the sea, such as sunshade, chairs and cooler. It is a great home for families with small children, as it has a large garden and pleasant outdoor area. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea was a delight! As a suggestion to make the stay even more practical, it would be interesting to provide pillows and a support for a gallon of water. Although we know that the absence of the pillows is already signaled in the listing, it is worth mentioning that they are bulky items, especially for those traveling with a large family and in a small car. A warning only for future guests: the beds are Queen size and there is no supply of bed linen.
