A cosy apartment close to beach.

Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

Vila da Praia is a private condominium perfectly located between the beach and the centre of Alvor (5 minute walk each way). The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play.
