The place matched the description and photos posted. Cleanliness was highlighted. Clarification for distracted like us: it does not have an oven or microwave (it was our mistake to assume that there was since it is not in the description) The street where the accommodation is is is hauled by trucks, but it is quite well soundproofed. Valdemar was very attentive to send the necessary instructions for access and check-in in advance. The experience was excellent and recommended.

Ana Paula served us very well, the apartment has a great bed, it was very clean and everything was according to the description of the listing. The size is ideal for couples. Porteiro was always present, the only bad point and that does not depend on the host are two works that are doing next to the building and that generate a lot of noise from the very early morning (7hs) which generates discomfort for those who want to sleep a little more and requires keeping closed windows and air conditioning all the time. We will definitely indicate and come back.

We spent 4 lovely days in Mr. Eduardo's apartment, it was all perfect. the apartment is great very cozy and spacious. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

The stay was great! All very clean, organized, with pleasant colors and smells, very tasteful and comfortable decoration. The bathroom light and mirror are perfect for makeup!!! The garage utilization scheme works very well, because although it is rotating, in all the cars it has the name, apt and telephone number of the person in charge. In the garage there is an interphone easy to request the pick-up of the car behind. In my case, the other resident was very kind and answered at the same time. I also did the same when my car fell behind and he asked me to leave. Both check-in and checkout were flexible. The host was very kind, understanding, and found a workable solution for both of us. I recommend it with peace of mind. Thank you very much!

The stay was wonderful, Dona Beatriz is a great host, always ready to help if necessary, gave us some tips that were very helpful during our time at home. The house has all the necessary items for a stay, very clean and organized environment, there is absolutely nothing missing in the house. I hope to return soon.

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

In addition to everything super tidy and fragrant, it still received us with fresh welcoming fruits. Not counting on the various unannounced facilities: hairdryer, portable crib and bathtub for my baby, a girl in the building itself always ready to support... The access to the apt is by electronic lock, which made it very easy even at the exit, since our return was at dawn and we do not need to give a physical key to anyone. For the external doors of the building, Elizeth provided us with 3 tags, which was great, as it allowed us to arrive at different times to the condominium without the slightest problem. Great! Super recommend!!!! :)

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!
