The apartment was as shown in the photos. Very clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It had a coffee maker, among other elements that make you feel very comfortable. Check-in was very easy, access to the apartment is also very convenient. Just like checkout. The apartment has no sea view, but it is in a very quiet sector of Balneário camboriu near the wheel, and very few meters from the beach, walking 5 minutes away. Fillipe was very kind, responded quickly, was attentive to all my questions and helped me with everything that was necessary. I highly recommend this place!

Home praising the view of the loft! It is well worth the stay!! The reception was super quiet and flexible, being available whenever necessary. They removed the questions before the accommodation. It is noteworthy that the environment does not have a group of utensils and stoves that allow many things to be cooked, but it is easy to spend the weekend. The place is quiet, easy access to wonderful beaches such as 4Ilhas, Sepultura and Retiro dos Padres, it also has a market and restaurants nearby. It has a hill to reach the site, so I chose not to walk away, but it is possible. I will definitely return, because the days are worth more in the loft.

Excellent accommodation, enviable place and the optimal host. The only thing we could say negative and not fixable, is that they are contiguous apartments and the noises are up to the guests. We were touched by a slightly noisy group, but the quiet hours at night were respected. We would definitely be back.

lady Kelly's house is super well located there is a little market in the front that is open until 10:00 pm it opened at 7:00 am hot bread and affordable price there was TD in the market next to an amazing little store is TD at an affordable price Mrs. Kelly was always kind whenever I needed to, I didn't ask much about the beaches because before closing she had already informed me The beaches with affordable exorbitant ND prices there is the house has a shower outside that is not lacking water this is very important I stayed a week there was no shortage of water at all if I go back to Florianópolis I will definitely look for her house through the app again

Loft modest, but very welcoming and clean, extremely pleasant and good energy. Excellent location and well communicative and polite hotel staff, I felt truly at home. I know where I will be staying next to BC.

Our stay at the Regina listing was flawless. We had flexibility at check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot in the Easter holiday and commuting we needed to make. It is possible to see the effort in the details of the host's finishing and hospitality. The accommodation also has an important concern with the separation of waste, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

It was a great stay, I wanted to start by saying that, thank you very much for Alisson's receptivity, who was very helpful, the apartment was perfect. We had a little trouble checking in and there was a communication problem that was resolved later, and that was our only problem. We arrived at the apartment and everything was clean and wonderful, the host left a pack of water in the fridge and some other items for our consumption that helped us a lot in the beginning. In addition to all this, the building space is perfect and has everything a family needs, I have two little brothers who certainly enjoyed all the spaces offered, certainly one of our best trips.
