We stayed in apartment 03 which was extremely clean upon arrival. The view directly to the sea gave an extra “q”. The bedrooms are large along with the living room and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The experience in the apartment was great! The location is excellent, waterfront, with a wonderful view. It is quiet to park, the building has a café underneath that is super practical, and the apartment itself is large, clean and very cozy. For those who, like me, traveled alone, the cost-benefit was well worth it.

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The house is great! Almost a private paradise. Although simple, it is very well equipped, has a huge and incredibly well-kept garden and the best possible location. The great luxury is spending the day in contact with the sea and nature. We loved it and will certainly be back.

The house everything is very clean, sheets, towels and all necessary household utensils at the disposal and washing machines and dryer. The untiring view of admiring Balneario Camburiu from the balcony. At the barbecue has the same wonderful view of the place, with table, bench, chairs and fridge., very well structured. A suggestion about the address: To get there we used Google maps and then Wase and took us to the wrong addresses. We reached out to Pablo Ruciel in contact with Pablo Ruciel. Suggestion:Pass the location immediately to guests. Casa is between Barra 2 km and Praia das Laranjerias 800 m. Balneario 20 min. I recommend 100% and thank Airbnb attendants to Mike and Pablo for their attention. Thank you!!! Abs.

The house is amazing!! Very spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds, good barbecue and had a washing machine too. Rodrigo was very kind and responds quickly. Rich near markets and shops. We will definitely be coming back!!!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Everything is very good, all the amenities, everything you can imagine you need for your comforts you have... very good location (one block from the beach). I would definitely come back...

We feel truly welcomed during our stay. The apartment structure perfectly serves those with young children, which has made all the difference to us. Foo my second time staying in the apartment. As always very well organized and clean. The view of the beach always impresses me. Mia she always keeps in touch for any questions and suggestions for places.

The apartment is located half a block from the aquarium, which is very good since the bus for children's activities starts there. It is half a block from downtown but also from the Atlantic shopping (32 blocks), but because of that there is not so much traffic. The apartment is very nice, it has tasteful materials, and a good layout. The security is very good and it is the most important thing, you can leave things in the garage and nobody touches them. They always take care of the cleaning when returning from the beach. The respect of the people is unique, which is not seen in many places. Nearby you have places to eat and if you want to go a little further, on the corner they rent electric scooters (I recommend them) A very good experience overall,

Anne’s apartment is fantastic. It’s super spacious, has wonderful panoramic views from the terraces as well as the front bedrooms. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Anne is extremely friendly and is always very responsive. She’s a perfect host and very kind. We’d love to return next year for sure, hopefully for even longer! Excellent accommodation, super comfortable, we didn't want for anything, we felt right at home! Nelson and his wife are super friendly. I had a problem with my child and he referred me to different centers to go to for a consultation, and he was very concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend it, the garage is super comfortable, everything in general is very comfortable!
