The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. Hi, I'm Claudia, I just remodeled this apartment, and tried to make it as comfortable as possible, it's ideal for families and groups of friends. It's at a 3 min walk to the beach (300mt) and 12 min walk to the train station that takes you to the center of Lisbon. The building is on a square filled with restaurants and a supermarket. Looking for a big, beautiful and modern apartment right next to the beach? You found it. 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and a little bit of a sea view. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach. Big open kitchen & living room. We have many bars, restaurants, a bakery and even a supermarket all within 2 minutes walk. Nice terrace with BBQ, near the beach!

This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

Estando quase sempre disponível achámos que fazia todo o sentido partilhá-lo com outras pessoas. Acolhe 2 hóspedes. Tem duas camas individuais que se podem juntar. Pequena cozinha com frigorifico, micro-ondas, lava-louça e possibilidade de confeccionar refeições ligeiras numa placa no exterior.
