We really like the house and the host. The house is really large and is well taken care of, corresponding to descriptions and photos. The furniture and utensils are also very large, accommodating the 12 people in the rooms and all interior and exterior. Swimming pool, hydro and sauna were really differentiating. Atendimento do Marcio and his wife was always gentle and quick, answering questions, helping in the hiring of services and addressing the needs that have arisen.

We had a very nice weekend. The house is extremely cozy, spacious and has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the leisure area, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gourmet area. We were super well received by Mrs. Iara and Mr. Mazinho, they made the stay even better. Mrs. Iara's food is delicious, it is very worthwhile to hire her services and Mr. Mazinho takes care of the pool, sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Always helpful and attentive, they helped us with everything! We also visited Cazuza beach, you can walk there, located within the condominium itself, it was delightful. We hope to be back soon!!!

My family has been extremely welcomed by both the host and the staff who are extremely helpful. Beto knows everything a lot and Eli is a full hand cook. We have incredible days and we will surely be back soon!!! The house comfortably accommodated my family. The pictures are exactly as advertised, with all the details. Great apartment, wonderful and quiet place. The apartment has a amazing sea view. My family and I love the apartment. Bruno, is a great host, very helpful and I kindly request. The negative points were the bed in the living room that is described as a sofa bed, which was very hard, I already slept feeling the woods of the structure, the kitchen is another point that needs special attention to the grease on the floor and on the stove. Overall, it was a great stay and we had a great holiday season and a great experience. I'll definitely be back.

I loved my stay at this place as well as André's warm approach. The visit to the beehives and orchard was a strong moment, both soothing and rewarding. The apartment is nice and very clean, albeita little dark (being located on the ground floor). The place is in a less busy part of the island, which offers beautiful tranquility. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to a beach suitable for swimming. A great place for those looking for peace and nature. André's welcome was exceptional: he even kindly offered transportation to Angra. Feel free to ask him for suggestions for discovering beautiful places or water activities — his tips are valuable!

Juliana's house is very comfortable and cozy , the pier at the front of the house gives an extra charm and a huge practicality to those who want to ride a speedboat. The swimming pool was always clean as was the house. Dona Estela, the diarista, was super helpful and made us a delicious fish. We'll be back for sure !

Wonderful house near the beach. We travel with family, 6 people and two dogs. Dona Ana and her husband were attentive and helpful. The main reason for the tour was to celebrate birthday and fish in a quiet place, and we did it. Obs: Levar repellent and everything you need. Commerce, bakeries, markets. and banks only in the center of Mangaratiba.

The place is huge and very good! Even surprises pq in the photos can't get a sense of the whole place. The hosts were very available and removed all the doubts I had. A really nice place to rest

The house is on the street in front of the beach, only 2 minutes walking. Nearly opposite has a square with very calm children's toys. Condominium super well organized and securely. The house is really beautiful and comfortable! The deck view is amazing! The condominium is safe, quiet and beautiful. The entrance to the beach is in the next condominium and is well worth knowing. Caio was very attentive and polite. The wi-fi did not work any day, but it was not something that got in the way, we went to rest.

Super recommend the house, very well distributed and great infrastructure. Much prettier than in the pictures, you can book without fear, the view is stunning and the pool with waterfall water is amazing! I only recommend a lot of repellent, as there is a lot of mosquito in the area. We will definitely return to enjoy this paradise!

Our stay was perfect, we liked it very much, with no improvement points to consider. Quiet, pleasant, gorgeous condominium!! Eu and my family love! The house is really like the pictures, everything clean, organized and beautiful. The condominium is wonderful and safe, the location is great... there is market, bakery and a mall on the other side of the highway. It is possible to take advantage of several leisure options such as swimming pools, courts, playgrounds and bike lanes. The private beach is close to the club, with an easy access trail, no structure, but it is great for children. Near the house a 15-minute walk we have access to another beach, with more structure (square with beachfront kiosks, bathrooms and children's playground). Check in super quiet and super flexible checkout (GRATITUDE) Speaking of the hosts, they were extremely attentive, helpful and always answered my questions quickly. I leave a hug to the hosts (Moses and Alessandra) and our gratitude for the affection.

Unique experience, Angra is facinante! the beaches around and tbm the big beach is wonderful although I think the local attendants could be more attentive, we found them extremely rude when we were going to ask any questions about the flat we were left with. Host a very attentive sweetheart.

The stay exceeded my expectations. Regina was extremely pleasant from the initial questions. My goal was to celebrate my mother's birthday as a family and we created amazing memories. Comfortable house, great structure in the condominium, nearby beach, possibility of tours... everything was amazing. Sonia and Adeildo are people we want to have for life. Gentis, prepare the entire house and scheduled menu, always doing more than what was requested. I recommend it and we'll be back more often.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The cordiality in the care of Edinei, without a doubt, was unique. Very beautiful, spacious, tidy and well distributed house. However, due to the storm that affected the region a lot, we were left a good part of the stay with no light and no internet.

The house is wonderful! Suites with lots of space, huge closet, huge bathroom, towel heater! There was a puff turning bed and my son can sleep in our room. Wonderful pool! Beautiful view! Nearby is Fasano with the restaurant and amenities and also the fasano Panateria, where we eat several times. We could rent a golf cart to make it easier to travel from the house to Fasano / beach. Host is wonderful, kind and helpful! We love it!
