The kitchen has an oven, microwave and frost-free refrigerator and access to the laundry room with washing machine, sink and centrifuge. The apartment has a balcony in the living room overlooking the ocean and a shared balcony in the bedrooms. Note: there is no elevator and the barbecue is on the terrace.

The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
