Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia de Maranduba - Ubatuba

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

The stay was very good, the house is excellent and very clean and organized. Check-in was flexible, we were late due to heavy rains in SP and Mr. Paulo waited for us to deliver the keys with 1 hour's delay on our part. We'll be back soon.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our stay due to force majeure (family death), but the house is wonderful. Marcelo and Elisangela received us with great sympathy and explained everything about the house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, has all the necessary utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are large, with very good showers. The pool is tasty and was very clean. The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!
