We had an excellent stay, the Host was very receptive and attentive, the space has everything to prepare your meals, the children loved the pool, they didn't want to leave it, very satisfied, I recommend it.

Great space Good location Right by the beach

The house is good, spacious, bedrooms are good and bathrooms as well. Regarding Mr. Hélio, we have nothing to complain about him, proactive, helpful and very kind, ready to attend to us and solve any problems. We stayed 9 days in the house in a group of 13 people and served us very well, large pots, has all the utensils, stove and oven work well. During his stay, Mr. Hélio provided the change of bed linen and the cleaning of the pool. We are very pleased overall! I intend to return!

Very good house and kind host, always available

The house is great, it was very comfortable to stay, it is a spacious and organized house, it has the basic items for stay in relation to the kitchen, rooms and bath, the host is extremely attentive and polite, assisted before and during the stay, I highly recommend this accommodation!

extremely well cared for and cozy house, we felt at home. the house exactly matches the photos, and the host has met us beyond expectations by quickly resolving any doubts we had. casa has several leisure facilities to enjoy, with a children's and adult pool, a soccer field and a brand new gourmet outdoor area. The nearby and simply wonderful beaches, as well as several nearby clubs and restaurants in very good taste. we will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

Our stay was great! The atmosphere is quiet, the kitchen is super equipped and we feel totally at ease. We were 6 people and all were well accommodated. I highly recommend!

Since the moment we made the reservation, Débora has always been very communicative and accessible. We received in person and before the check in had already given necessary instructions and information about the kitnet. The place is spacious and has the necessary to spend a few days, nothing is missing. The location is very good, we managed to walk to the beach and waterfront. It still had a folder with various restaurant options, markets, pharmacy... even a map with the location of each. It really is located on a street with a lot of movement of vehicles and makes with the noise always, but it was not something that disturbed or took away the quiet. Just one thing we were sad was that Netflix doesn't open the basic plan with ads, just the other plans.. but apart from that, we love the place and we'll definitely come back!!!

The stay was perfect. The house is in an easy access location, very safe and strategic. It's very close to the airport. I only have to thank Gilvanea for the attention, as well as congratulate her for the excellent home and the exceptional reception.

For the second time I choose the space of Débora, once again it met my expectations and needs. I felt at home, the property and around behind security, around all kinds of trades, right next to the waterfront. The house has several utensils and resources to meet the need for those who will stay for a long time, apart from the impeccable cleaning of the space. People who go by car can easily leave their car in front of or on the street next to it safely. Finally, since the beginning of the stay Débora provide support, always willing and available to help...I will come back more often for sure!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

The House is exactly what it appears in the photos , large kitchen, rooms with air, clean pool, good for children, it is inside a condominium. It is not seaside, but by car it is 7 min. from Frances beach which is a beautiful beach, and further ahead other wonderful beaches. We know several beaches. In the neighborhood there is a grocery store and grocery . Host was requested , responded quickly , whenever we need it. We loved the stay.

Sheylla and family are pure friendliness and super considerate. The house is very spacious, clean, rustic style, we really enjoyed it. The location is a bit far from the tourist areas of Maceió like Pajuçara, so we recommend that you take this into account, in our case we rented cars and the trip was smooth. Near the house there is the beach of Guaxuma that you can walk quietly, it is not 5 minutes. The street and neighborhood very quiet, very nice neighborhood. A single point that we were a little surprised was the fact that the backyard was shared with two other residences for entry and exit, but as we stayed little at home kind of irrelevant. The House is very well ventilated with several windows to the common area, which has kind of forced us not to be so comfortable at home in respect of others who pass through the backyard. Overall, very nice house, quiet neighborhood, nice place, although a little far away, Sheylla and family wonderful, we recommend!

A Estádia was great, Cecilia very attentive served us very well. The villa does not have anything to claim great and well organized, we went in 15 people and accommodated everyone with plenty of space. The three cars comfortably fit. Very good indeed.
