House in Pontal do Sul, near Ilha do Mel.

It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.

Casa Sol e Mar A cosy and comfortable space.

Only the second floor will be rented, with an independent entrance. The house is in the center of Pontal do Sul. On foot, it's about 10 to 15 minutes from the sea by car, it's about five minutes away. The place is quite safe. We were also close to the boarding for Mel Island. Parking lot: The car can be parked next door, with a gate or in front of the house, we never had a problem. Close to markets, health center, restaurants, pizzeria, gym and everything you need. Come and you won't regret it!
