Very good apartment, excellent space,all very clean, organized and great location. Personnel liked it very much.

We love the days we spent at Apt , Gabriele is super attentive, the place was clean, organized, beautiful and pleasant environment. All items in the apartment are new and have everything you need to feel right at home . Kitchen equipped and we didn't miss anything , which gave us comfort in the days we didn't go to the beach . I recommend it for sure and we will be back soon ! Everything perfect !!!

The apartment is a dream. Everything was impeccable, the area is very comfortable, we went with children and we all had an excellent time.

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

It was a great experience. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is located close to the bakery , bars and pharmacy. It is a great spot for young couples who like to enjoy a pub at night. Sigi was attentive throughout our stay. For those who like to cook the stove and oven work very well. A car is required for trips to the supermarket.

I would like to record my thanks to Bruno and Daniele for all the kindness and agility in communication throughout my stay. The apartment is excellent, was super clean and comfortable (bed and bath linens included in the daily rate, of great quality), located in a very pleasant area of Cabo Frio, close to good restaurants, bakery and other important areas of the city. I will definitely stay with them again!!

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

The accommodation of Irani and Max is AMAZING. Our stay at your home was a pleasure. They left us a bite and beers in the fridge. The kitchen has all the appliances ( and utensils ) that you can have in your house. The crockery is for many people. It has chairs and umbrellas to take to the Beach. Bathrooms have multiple towels. They even left us towels for the Pileta. All bedrooms have air conditioned and TVs (new). The house is in a kind of closed neighborhood with security. It has parking. Max was always attentive to our inquiries, and worried that our stay is the best. We will clearly return to your place, because we felt right at home. We recommend it, don't hesitate.

A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Our stay in this home was just amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleaning and ample space, which has provided us a lot of comfort. The house is extremely well equipped, with all the utensils needed to make the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the care of the housekeeper (Carlão), always helpful and ready to help with any need. Our friendliness and availability made all the difference, making our stay even more special. No doubt, a place we recommend and we hope to return soon!

The house is excellent. Everything very clean, organized and complete. The condominium is great and is very close to the beach, about 5 minutes walking. Mr. Carlos who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. Roberta (house clerk) is great, very fast, discreet and always available to help. The weekend was great and we'll be back more often.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!

Very good willingness of Beatriz to our questions👍. It is a complex with ample pool and children's play rooms. The nearest beach is with walking access and has no services, x so you have to take an Uber to go to Praia Monte Alto about 5 minutes away...There is beach service and several eating stalls that include umbrellas and chairs. The sea is moved with big waves. although inside the complex there is resto and small warehouse, it is convenient in variety and prices to 1 block there service station with better options to buy food and take to the apartment and cheaper!
