The apartment is very cozy and the location is amazing, less than 5 minutes walking down the waterfront. Near the main sights of the city. Super recommend. We'll be back more often!

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay. Perfect location. Steps from the beach (from to see the sea from the window). Building with a good pool for the post beach and easy garage. Apartment exactly as described. All amenities listed and sufficient for the stay. Fabiana is nice and solicitous. And Maceió is perfect!

Village were wonderful days spent in Areias do Mar. The condo is very well taken care of. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a noise problem in the apartment next door, but the other day the condominium employee notified those responsible for the mess and everything was reassured. The place is really gorgeous. There's a cafeteria beside the building that's a wonder. There are restaurants and shops close by which has brought us a lot of tranquility. Davi, responsible for the apartment, was very attentive and assisted us in everything. Besides, he answers us very, very quickly. In short, we'll be back shortly.

The location is perfect, close to everything on the French beach, it's very clean in the accommodation, and with the essentials to do well. I recommend it to everyone.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We really enjoyed staying there.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Very good condominium, excellent structure, well organized and clean. Polite and helpful staff. Complete and comfortable apartment. Very nice beach, full of fish and clean, good for children because there are no waves. Well located, we didn't even need to take the car out of the garage, restaurants and a market nearby. I highly recommend it!

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

Best experience we had at this carnival. Eduardo very helpful and always on standby when we had some kind of hindrance, the very helpful porters, in particular a little man who helped us with a problem we had with the pet in the early hours. The house is great, for sure we will want to go back. Well located, just a few minutes from the proper bathing area, we have nothing to complain about.

We've been to several places across the country, but this is in the top 3 easily, clean location close to everything, a perfect pool for all children, they felt at home, wonderful nearby restaurant, beautiful beaches, we will be back soon, and Flavia is a wonderful polite host, she responds quickly, we were very happy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙌

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

This is one of the better places to stay in Maceio/ Rosa is a responsive and great host. The building and area around the building is nice. Very close to the beach. The elevator button for that side didnt work and I had to go through the fire escapt use the elevator on the other side to go down. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and well located so I recommend it. Make sure you pay attention when you request Uber as the Uber location tries to send you to the far side.

wonderful place, cozy environment, all organized, Ligia responds super fast, the pool area and restaurant does not even want to go to other places, beaches nearby, just access to the beaches that is indicated to go by car, you can not walk as the Villas advertisement suggests that you have access to the beach, but I am very satisfied and I will come back other times
