The house is located just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Itaguaçu and 15 km from the city of SFS, which has other beautiful beaches in its surroundings and the historic center listed by the heritage. It is a very spacious house, designed to make the most of natural light and the sea breeze. It has an open concept living room with beautiful decor. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms inspired by paradisiacal places.

The studio is located in the best point of Ubatuba beach, where you will have all the comfort and visual of the beach, it is practically facing the sea. Ideal for a couple, accommodating up to four people! Suite with queen-size bed and double bed, plus living room and integrated kitchen with indoor barbecue! You don't need to bring anything, it has bed and bath linens, a full kitchen with an electric oven and microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, refrigerator and washing machine.

Enjoy the summer with the whole family in this stylish place, close to the 03 beaches of the region: 80m from Prainha, 450m from Enseada and 750m from Praia Grande. Close to the bakery, market, restaurants and general shops. There is also laundry room "lavô" only 100m away. Large, has 03 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, including in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 07 people. There's no shortage of water in high season. We prioritize the family atmosphere, we accept small pets.

Casa Amarela is on the sea block, 150 meters from the sand.
