Martha and Her Husband are very polite and kind people! The place is wonderful from the whole lovely home and the wonderful beach with clear and windless water!!

The house is very cozy, all clean, safe and calm, and has all necessary utensils for a great stay. Approximately 10 minutes walking to large markets, less than 5 minutes by car. Attentive hosts respond quickly, ready to help. Unfortunately the blender did not work, but nothing that a maintenance, or a new one does not solve, it did not hinder our stay at all. It was 7 wonderful days, we enjoyed the beauty of the place a lot. Super recommend and we'll come back again, God willing.

I stayed with my family and friends at the 2025 carnival. We think the house is excellent! We had a great stay. Very close to the beach, which is great! Constant attention to the house. I was served in everything I requested. .Good space for 8 to 10 people. As an opportunity for improvement, they should put a shower in the pool area, even so as not to get dirty with sand in the house, coming from the beach or taking a bath without soiling the pool. I found a key item missing from the house. There is also no sink or structure next to the barbecue. To wash something you have to enter the house or else go to the kitchen entrance to wash anything. But still I highly recommend the stay! Get all shopping because it's a bit far from markets. Little commerce nearby...

It is an extraordinary house to go as a family, very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The hosts are quick to respond and proactive. The view and the setting are really wonderful. The location is unbeatable, and the condominium is very safe. It also has a very good pool and gazebo. In conclusion, a 100% recommended house to go with the family. We were two families (4 adults and 2 children) and it was excellent. Thanks to the hosts.

Sr Tony and his wife are spectacular hosts. Literally makes us feel at home and make us feel at home. We travel with an elderly woman, a child and a dog. Measuring everyone's joy is unspeakable! The breakfast in the backyard admiring the birds; the wonderful pool and the barbecue for a family lunch doesn't make you want to explore the area. What a passage is sensational!!! Beautiful and nearby beaches. Mr. Tony gave us great tips and very kindly even guided us. The only bad part is having to come away..rs Five Stars is Little! Guest House deserves a CONSTELLATION!!! GRATITUDE!!!

On arrival we had a small setback, but resolved with Fernando's help. Although it was old, the house was clean and organized, nice and comfortable beds, many household items, a very airy and cool house, nor did I have to turn on the air-conditioning, which works very well. My dog was very good with the Bobi dog who lives in the residence. We love it and we will return as soon as possible.

We went to family and everyone liked it very much. The house is very charming and comfortable. The helpers Joice and Luciane are super well educated and cook well. I know Búzios well and I really like Manguinhos, the beach is calm, the water is not cold and it is never full of people. Anyway, it was super worth it and we'll be back for sure! The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

The house is very good, being well equipped with household items and electronic appliances. The two rooms have TV and air conditioner. The only problem we had, it was from some neighbors thinking that me and my family were loud, when in fact they were other neighbors. However, Lívia resolved the situation.

The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

If by photos it looks beautiful, in person it is even more beautiful, it is a wonderful house, each space is designed for you to have a wonderful stay, everything in villa Atlantis is perfect, Ruken is a beautiful person, has a lot of light, and his home is shaped by good energy, I spent a few days of great peace and happiness. It is accessible to everything, they have a few steps access to bars and restaurants, still we prefer to enjoy the house, it has exit to the beach, and all equipped to make your stay unique. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ruken , thanks to Rossana and Michael for making us feel at home!

Gustavo's place is exactly like in the pictures, a very beautiful house, by the beach, perfect for spending the holiday with my teenage son and his friends. I am very pleased and would definitely come back.

A very good condominium, very quiet place, the view is amazing and easy to get around for the various places and buzios beaches (by car or taxi) Special mention for Terezinha , the lady who if needed can help with cooking and grooming. She is in an extraordinary good attitude

Denisse your house is wonderful with a beautiful view and very good distribution only a few details that improve the bathrooms on the ground floor there are some improvements that are abandoned, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was no sugar coffee or tea, more than anything basic. We must warn that the house is close to the beach approx 15min walking that the 4 min indicated on the page are by car and with earrings, I mean My stay was wonderful, I would go again and these comments are constructive .
