Great house! Everything perfect! We take our BIG PET SIZE and they love the house/grass!

The house is very good, wide, clean, very functional and has everything we need. Rodrigo is an excellent host, very helpful, the check-in and check-out were very flexible, he responds very quickly and promptly solves the questions, always with great sympathy. In the rooms, the air-conditioning and fans are new and quiet. In the kitchen there are all the utensils we need and the bathrooms are also good. Impeccable pool, very clean. Anyway, it was a great stay, I would come back other times for sure.

One of the coolest experiences I've had on airbnb. When we arrived we found the extremely clean house. The very smelling bed and bath games. The house all has a "Grandma's house" aspect which makes it very cozy. The beach is beautiful, with the calm sea and hot water. And the coolest thing is that it's right in front of you. Francisco was yesterday line all the time to assist us. O Caseiro Rafael also very helpful. And I had the pleasure of meeting the wife of Francisco who received us even with pampering. It is well worth hosting!

The house is great, very close to the beach. The house is very well-equipped in the kitchen area, it had everything we needed. Great rooms with good mattress (which I think is very important), great shower too! Great outdoor space. Communication was easy and good indications were given for both shopping and nearby beaches. I highly recommend staying in Caraguá at Tatiana's house.

The stay was simply wonderful! We went to a group of friends and everything corresponded exactly to what we saw in the listing . The pool area and Jacuzzi is delicious, we spend hours there enjoying the sun and relaxing. The space has a lot of green area, which made everything even more enjoyable and with that climate of refuge. The host was super attentive from the start.

It was my first experience with the app and couldn't have been better. From the first contact, Meire was receptive, polite and passed all the information very carefully. The house surprised us so much! Complete, with absolutely EVERYTHING and more than we needed. The peace of getting there is absurd, the atmosphere is welcoming and delicious! I had to work during my stay and the wi-fi was super fast, without any interruption. The condominium is modern, cozy, well structured and conveys a lot of security. The beach is very close, you can walk, and the service of Espirro's kiosk is great. The experience was wonderful, it exceeded all expectations. I felt at home! I will definitely come back more times and have recommended it to friends and family. Meire was an amazing host and the house is even better than the photos. I just have to thank you for the perfect stay!

The house is very complete. It has a sandwich maker, blender, mixer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, all impeccable. The house was extremely clean. The only problem is the insects; mosquitoes and gnats actively participate in the stay with you. But nothing that a body repellent and some in the environment can't solve. The nearest beach is Mococa, very quiet on weekdays and on weekends it is worth considering leaving the car in the condominium and walking. Note 10. We hope to return more often.

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

The place is beautiful and the apartment is extremely comfortable. It perfectly accommodates six people, is well airy, clean and equipped with all that is needed for a pleasant stay. A big difference is the fact of standing in the sand, the structure of the site is excellent. We visit other beaches, but we love to stay in front of the apartment. Everything is very well cared for, clean and organized. The toilets in the lower area were always clean, and the practicality of being able to climb to the apartment at any time made all the difference.

Fernando, very attentive, assisted us by responding quickly, giving us tips from the region, very beautiful place, super cozy apartment, great accommodation, bathroom, TV, kitchen with everything we need to cook, easy location and our starting point for all the other beaches we visited during the time we stayed in Ubatuba, I highly recommend it to everyone, thanks Fernando for everything.

We passed fds,it was super quiet. I only have compliments to make,Neiva and her husband super polite and communicative. Both on arrival and on departure. I was already waiting, escorted us to the room. We even got a ride to the place we were going to. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We made it on foot to the beach in about 20 minutes. Peaceful stay smoothly.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

camilla is an excellent host and was proactive from the outset. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, he called me by message and sent a manual with all the important information and tips, making himself available even weeks before the scheduled date. the house is great, like the photos. and super well-equipped, with utensils and bedding clean and well cared for. i ended up suffering a small accident on the first day - the network crashed - and both she and her husband were extremely cared for and willing, immediately making herself available to help with whatever was necessary; even making a point of passing through the house to see me and making clear the repairs that would be made for nothing like being repeated. it was a quick weekend, but it allowed us some rest. and the dogs loved the garden/ grass space available to run and burn energy ;-)

The house is spectacular, a refuge in the middle of the forest, next to the river... much bigger than we imagined, super comfortable and cozy. Great Wifi, we were able to work smoothly. In addition, Diego is super helpful and attentive. These were wonderful days!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled and very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. The clean bathrooms and hot shower. Comfortable rooms with very clean linen and towels. Anyway, a lot of whim and pampering of the hosts. Sr Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and solicited. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But definitely we'll be back soon!

A place that I will definitely return to, a place of peace, nature all around you. Vegetables direct from the garden , fresh milk. Andrea and Mr. Jailson who received us, they are wonderful people, very helpful. By is well warm we take advantage of the swimming pool and the nets that are in the midst of nature.
