Apt on the waterfront/beach /cozy

My space is 35 meters from the beach and public transportation. You will love my space because it has a comfortable bed, American kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and other utensils; ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom and television. Remembering that we have a king bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Linen and towels are not available. Great space for couples and individual adventures. Pereque-Açu Beach, seven minutes from the center of Ubatuba and easy access to the highway that leads to the other beaches.
