Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, and we have a small boat for transfers. Other services will incur diesel expenses. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Enjoy Trindade, staying in the exclusive hill of Cepilho. In a simple, beautiful, comfortable house, very cozy, with an incredible look of the sea, the beach and the Atlantic forest. The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street does not reach the house yet, but they have a parking space available below. To get to the house you need to climb a steep staircase. It is good to bring little luggage, and preferable backpack than a suitcase. the ascent may be tiring but the look pays off.

There is a barbecue on the outside balcony, where you can barbecue facing that beautiful seascape.
