House located one block from the Jabaquara beach waterfront, inside the Paraty Internacional Condominium. Integrated environments: fully equipped kitchen in open concept with living room, gourmet space, poolside barbecue with hydro and shower. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite.
