Our house is in the middle of the woods, but inside a condominium, very safe, there are 2 bedrooms. Possibility for 5 people, there are 2 double beds and a bunk bed. The living room and one of the bedrooms have glass walls, very comfortable and because it is in the middle of the woods it is very cool and humid. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with electric towel racks. Guests will have access, on foot, to 3 beaches (Prumirim, Itaipu and Léo), Cachoeira, Ilha do Prumirim and Lagoa do Prumirim.

It is 900 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the Prumirim Waterfall. The loft has a kitchen equipped with a duplex refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, blender and utensils. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, Sky and Wi-Fi. Cosy en-suite room with 1 double box bed, clothes rails, and a separate toilet and shower.
