Great location, in front of the beach, very good space, the problem we had Marcela answered us quickly and it was solved. I highly recommend the place :)

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Second time staying in this apartment. We very much like the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to the center of Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that is a deterrent to rent again, but for the fact that I like this apartment that I make this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

we liked the place very much, I felt at home at the time we stayed there. The AP is very spacious and has everything we need to prepare food. The place is very quiet, without clutter or noise. We really liked the AP. without any complaints. We were very well attended, the host always responded when I needed help to check in.

Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

We had great communication with hosts Tiago and Isabela, they were very attentive and still anticipated our stay. All that was in the apartment was exactly what was in the listing and a little more… a charm. We are very happy to spend this time of our vacation in this ambiemte, it was very worthwhile. The apartment is exactly as pictured. We went into two couples and we were extremely comfortable, all very clean, the new furniture, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room and had another floor fan. The hostess allowed the flexible entry time, which helped us a lot, gave me all the instructions very clear and easy to understand and showed a lot of requests. As soon as we arrived the janitor received us, very polite and helpful, access to the building is very easy, to enter with the passwords helps too much, as we do not have to carry a key, the building very clean, with an elevator, silent, we hear neither music in the building nor neighbors talking. Easy access to the beach and has everything close by, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket. We very much like our lodging and I indicate with our eyes closed.

Our honeymoon was perfect! Great location, super quiet neighborhood, close to the famous downtown beaches and close to the center of Itaguá. We were very welcome and the apartment is super cozy and clean. Everything was well worth it <3

A Marisa always very proactive and willing to help guests, a pity that when we went to the pool was under maintenance, she released the bicycles and barbecues for us in return, very well located condominium and the beach more calmly and with less fall than at the other end, it takes a walk to reach markets, bakery etc. more tranquil, the excellent porters, always willing to help with what is necessary, we really like, the AP well equipped with kitchen items and because it is on the ground floor we did not have problems with a lot of people moving pq is right at the bottom of the condominium
