(O condomínio não é totalmente fechado e não possui portaria) Nosso espaço é aconchegante e espaçoso, possui 1 suíte com varanda, 1 quarto com saída para um quintal aos fundos, banheiro social, cozinha integrada com a sala. O chalé possui um quintal privativo, que conta com churrasqueira. Distância de 900 metros da praia, aproximadamente 11 minutos à pé. O chalé conta com internet fibra.

A private parking space and apartment with all the amenities, including air-conditioning and Netflix. Quiet street, cottage with caretaker, easy access. Maximum capacity 6 people. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba has charged a daily fee of R$ 13.00 to stay in the city.

Relax in this quiet, cozy ocean view accommodation, 3 minutes from the cove beach, calm, ideal for swimming. House with shared entrance. Environment with lots of nature. We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.

Our cottage is located in the Village of Itamambuca, a quiet place, with all transverse streets of land (only the main access is broquetado). The cottage is simple and functional, it has a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric oven and utensils for preparing meals; the bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a twin bed, TV, air conditioning; outside the deck that surrounds the cottage with table chairs, portable barbecue. Parking and independent entrance!

In addition, there is a kiosk on the hill of the beach where you can watch sea turtles feeding on the coast while enjoying portions of seafood. Nearby, there are pharmacies, restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket and other amenities. Minimum daily rate: 2 days.

This town is located approximately 600mts of the beach ,and is surrounded by green area,on a dead end street,very quiet .

A number of bird species, hummingbirds, squirrels and beautiful butterflies share this space with us. Our chalet is close to the Itaguá neighborhood, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops and restaurants.
