A private parking space and apartment with all the amenities, including air-conditioning and Netflix. Quiet street, cottage with caretaker, easy access. Maximum capacity 6 people. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba has charged a daily fee of R$ 13.00 to stay in the city.

Relax in this quiet, cozy ocean view accommodation, 3 minutes from the cove beach, calm, ideal for swimming. House with shared entrance. Environment with lots of nature. We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car.
