The flat contains: a bathroom, kitchen/bedroom and balcony with TV, air-conditioning, refrigerator, portable electric cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, etc. In front of the condominium is the pier for water taxis to other beaches and islands, and also the arrival point for ocean liners.
