great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Very attentive hostess, left the house impeccable to receive us, gave several tips on restaurants, market and others. We had a wonderful week, the house is close to PRAINHA and quick access to PRAIA DA ENSEADA. We are very grateful and it's super recommended. Sincerely, Vaguino

The place is exactly like in the pictures. It is 100 meters from Enseada beach and 1km approximately from Prainha. It is close to markets, pharmacy and etc. The place was very clean and very spacious.. It was simply perfect. Communication with Mr. Sandro was very good. In addition, he facilitated both checkin and checkout. We are sure to indicate and will return at the next opportunity.

Accommodation very well located, in the heart of Enseada, containing all that is needed for the stay. Quiet place to rest and enjoy the beach in front, just across the street. I like it and will probably come back. I recommend it to everyone on Airbnb.

Everything very quiet as announced, close to the Grande beach being able to walk, but we find it a little distant from restaurants, but by car it doesn't take more than 5 minutes.. We really like the accommodations

My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

I recommend it and would come back more often, I believe that for very few details it was not perfect, it really matches the photos and expectations, thank you for the attention fairy in the last few days

The space of the Vanderlei, is very comfortable, the decor is very tasteful, a beautiful balcony and the utensils and appliances is complete, I miss even only a coffee maker because I am arrived in a cup of coffee… I congratulate myself.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
