Nice cosy place. Easy self check in, clean, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable stay (cooking utensils, ironing board, towels etc.). Welcome fruit bowl, beer and sparkling water in the fridge were a great touch. When I arrived late in the evening the apartment was pre-heated and I felt straight at home.

We love this beautiful clean large apartment. Renate is a super great gracious host. The house is lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. Renate is always around if you have a question. Surroundings are great, paradise for dogs. Our daughter is studying in Passau for 5 years and has an apartment in Austria. When we visit our daughter now, we no longer need to look for a place in Austria,as we found our feel-good accommodation with Renate. We can't wait to see you next time! I am particularly looking forward to the offered horseback ride with Renate. Thanks so much for the nice days.

We had a really nice time at the Tiny House. Everything was super clean, modernly furnished and also totally practical due to the smart home functions. The sauna was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The garden is really beautiful and invites you to linger. Surroundings is quiet and ideal if you just want to switch off. Overall a great place to stay where you feel right at home. We can absolutely recommend!
