Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. Ampia casa singola immersa nella natura con vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla città di Belluno. E' perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza di relax o per chi ama passeggiate ed escursioni. L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.
