Located in the wooded garden of our house with stunning views of the canal bridge, Jasmin district. 
Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove.
