The apartment has a private beach and balcony with sea view. It is 5 minutes by car from the Old town and only 15 minutes drive to the nearby Perast and Risan. In the apartment you have everything to feel like at home. For enjoying on the beach we have provided you with parasols, beach chairs and towels. Come and enjoy!

The location is brilliant, they have a private car parking space and it is literally 10 meters from the Kotor beach. You wake up every morning to the most beautiful view. The place is very clean and spacious, thoughtful touches and has all necessary equipment (hair dryer, microwave, WiFi, etc). The location is perfect and very close to the old town for great restaurants and literally on the beach!! The hosts are great, prompt communication, met with us in person and gave us helpful tips. They also cared to check on us by sending a message to ensure everything was as we expected. Loved it... would definitely recommend to everyone!!”

What guests are saying:“The villa is just awesome! The view from the terrace is the best we have seen in Montenegro. Kotor is the most pleasant city. When we arrived, for a long time we could not find the location of the house (although we painted it in detail, but we were stupid) and the locals kindly helped us, but when we got to the villa - it was JUST WONDERFUL. The place is really very good, and the villa itself has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay! A stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine are all classy companies. There is absolutely everything to just come and enjoy life. And by the way, we did not regret that we went in the winter, the rains were only at night, during the day it was warm and sunny and NO tourists! To summarize: we never regretted that we had booked such a large villa (there were 3 of us, there are 3 bedrooms - suitable for 6 people), it paid off its money in full. Recommend!”
