Very good location and very quiet. The space is well appointed so there is no loss of space. Everything is very clean and welcoming! We stayed there with 4 (parents + children) I would recommend it.

Well renovated, clean and well-equipped accommodation with good restaurants nearby and Sunday market right in front of the door, which was convenient, The place is very beautiful and quiet, Semur-en-Auxois offers beautiful walks in a quiet environment and in communion with nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Loïc's! The house is perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts you need. The surroundings are superb and invite you to relax. We'll be happy to go back!

The Well Cottage is a peaceful retreat surrounded by the greenest pastures and brightest stars. I stayed for a month and a half and only wish I could have stayed longer. I’m already looking forward to returning! The cottage and location feel like a slice of heaven on earth. Make sure to take advantage of the bikes and cycle your way through the nearby towns and villages. The rolling hills and views along the way are so worth it. Elisabeth was incredibly respectful, responsive, kind, and welcoming - one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered on this platform. If you love peace, nature, quiet, and a medieval French countryside experience, don’t think twice - this is your place.
