For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment "Seaside" is quietly located yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the pier. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is 600 meters to the beautiful beach and the pier. This apartment was completed in 2019 and is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant vacation. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker and much more.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum", completely newly renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. The living area is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms, including Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes this in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
