Close to the Swiss customs of Bardonnex and 25 km from Annecy, our modern loft on the edge of the forest was created in 2025 on the ground floor of an old sawmill in which we occupy the floor. Very bright, it is independent, furnished and equipped. Ideal for a trial period in Geneva or a tourist stay. This industrial loft will offer you a quiet and refreshing environment, a private terrace without vis-à-vis with views of the forest and the Alps mountain range.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the motorway entrance allowing you to easily cross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement of €10 on the stay.
