Villa holiday rentals in Priego de Córdoba

We had a great week in Casa Perla. The house is as described and the little village very calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the nice atmosphere and all the plants which are arranged very beautifully by Paul. Right behind the village is a very green area where you can take a hike easily. To the beach it takes around 30 min. by car, the next supermarket is around 20 min. walking distance. Our daughter and son also had a very good time as they could move very independently in the village. We would like to come again!

Perfect spot for everything the area has to offer. We used public transport to get to Granada, easy as the bus stop is just in front of the house.

Our second time in Cómpeta so we knew what to expect regarding the town itself. A very good choice of bars and restaurants and the town itself is rather lovely. It doesn’t have a butcher but reasonably well stocked supermarket. The villa itself was perfect for myself and partner. Comfortable with stunning views. Good sized pool. The drive is rather steep but you do get used to it. We really didn’t want to leave, especially as we had grown rather fond of Dandini the cat, he’s an absolute sweetheart once he gets used to you. The washing machine wasn’t draining during our stay which wasn’t too much of a problem for us and Simon the host assured me it would be sorted ready for the next quests. Good communication. Overall, a really wonderful stay.

Wonderful retreat - fantastic 360 panorama with astonishing views. Incredibly peaceful and exactly as described. Absolutely top quality design/architecture of the property as a whole, it has been really thought through and marries form and function beautifully. Mette is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly responsive. The only guidance I would add is that it is isolated - which is the whole idea! It’s not a long drive (40 mins to nearest beach) but the roads do need a bit of getting used too and you need to be a bit more planful than spontaneous. But overall as good as it gets for this sort of holiday and property!

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!

Excellent Villa, really well equipped, super clean and a very welcome starter pack, useful if arriving late. Quite remote location, but as described and the main costal area is no more than 20 mins away by car. Loved this place, great for a family holiday.

We had a really great holiday here. The location was perfect for us as we had privacy and peace but we're only a few minutes away from amenities by car. The villa was home from home and had everything we needed. There are so many lovely outdoor dining areas to choose from and we used them all! The pool got a 10/10 from the kids so they were delighted! The nearest beach town of Torres del Mar has absolutely everything you could need and is only 15 minutes away. Janet has been brilliant at communicating and answering queries. A top host! So a big big thank you from us. We've had a memorable, happy and action packed holiday. It's a beautiful location and well worth exploring.

Great stay at Madeleine's. Rejuvenating and peaceful, it is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the calm and nature that the mountains offer us. Our stay at Casa Belamonte was absolutely fantastic, the moment we saw the fabulous view, pool and garden we all felt so relaxed .The house is just amazing, spacious bedrooms, fantastic lounge , all done out in a traditional style but with modern amenities .We were a large family group which included baby, toddler and a 5 year old and the layout outside provided lovely pockets of shade and also quiet places just to relax when the children were in bed . Hilary was a fantastic Host, was very responsive to our additional requests and just generally made the whole booking process easy , we just felt she was so keen for us to enjoy our stay at their beautiful home .

Dear fellow travellers, Alan is a great hosts, warmly welcoming you. Guides you to the place (which is really a hidden gem) and he gives solid instructions about the house. Also Alan can tip you on walking and shopping. All works great, and is pretty idiot proof in use :-). Be aware that the swimming pool lamp is in the hallway, but that is the only remark I have on this excellent place and tastefully decorated house on the hill. Enjoy your stay.

We spent a wonderful week with family and friends there. We felt at home and enjoyed the garden, pool, boule and table tennis…The house is very cozy and well equipped and the staff (Kimberly & Co) super friendly and welcoming. We definitely can recommend the catering by the ladies from the town - delicious!!! Great experience and wonderful place to hang out with friends or family.

Wow Casa Olivier is absolutely stunning! The villa is tastefully decorated in an Andalusian style. Each terrace has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The villa really has everything you need including a huge catering kitchen and a Games room complete with a beautiful wooden bar. The hosts are always there if you need them and also left us with exquisite coffee, home grown olive oil, fresh tangerines, lemons and oranges. We would recommend other guests to come with a private vehicle to explore the local area. Casa Olivier might just be the nicest place we have ever stayed.

House ideally located, perfectly equipped. The decor is neat and the large pool equipped with a hot tub is top!… A more than a more than a perfect stay!… A HUGE thank you to the owners for the welcome, the daily touches, their availability and their concern for excellence!… have no hesitation in booking!…

Absolute stunning villa. highly recommended. huge. all the kids loved their rooms, gorgeous court yard and secret doors. incredibly helpful host. the rooms were very clean and supplied sufficient towels and toiletries. The beds and the space in the apartments was more than enough to accommodate us. Locality of every place was excellent and very easy to get to the destinations we planned for. All the instructions they gave were clear and is easy to follow to get into each apartment. Hope that’s good enough 👍

A few friends and I came to Matthew’s place to celebrate our birthday. We had a magical time. Only downside was wish we could have stayed longer. The house was not only STUNNING (somehow truly better than the photos) but it was homey, well stocked, and very comfortable. We had a blast exploring the local towns and Matthew’s recommendations were helpful and very thorough. You can tell they enjoy hosting. He and the house manager were also very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend staying for at least 6 or 7 days as 4 was not nearly long enough.

Very nice place, tried to extend our stay but understandably it was already reserved. If we were to go back to Cordoba we would definetely try to stay there.

We enjoyed Robert's house. It was nice and spacious and very clean. Upon arrival, we received a large basket of useful, useful and/or tasty things.

We had a wonderful time with the family, our hosts were very attentive and very responsive to our requests, the area is great, we highly recommend it.

Villa Casa Blanca really rests in a magical location. We were moved by the view every moment of the day and evening. The hot tub is wonderful... no smell of chlorine which can often ruin the jacuzzi experience... that was great! The home was just comfi and lovely - loved the fireplace! - and Juan, the manager who greeted us and takes care of the place and guests, is super lovely.

Jurn's house is just beautiful. The location is incredible, easy to enjoy peace and quiet. Jurn welcomed us and was always helpful and super nice. A lovely stay.

We spent 4 days in the unit. We felt right at home, it is as shown in the photos: spacious,beautiful,cozy,super clean,with a lot of details (toiletries, water bottles, board games...). Pablo, the host, was always on the lookout for what we needed. Very attentive and kind, even welcomed us with some welcome details. It's been a great stay, I'm sure we'll repeat.

We had 4 fab nights at Vicente’s place, we have been to the area before so had no trouble finding it. We were 12 adults and one child visiting my brother who lives in Comares. It is so easy to walk to Table Mountain and El Molino where the food is great at both venues, it’s also a short drive up to Comares where you can find the supermarket and more bars and restaurants. Vicente was always available if we needed him, his house was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool area is also lovely, our little lad even had his own play area. We will definitely return, Comares has a charm all of its own, the views are amazing.

What a beautiful villa and breathtaking setting! Visiting from Canada in mid-April it was a treat to experience what for us was late spring weather in mid-April. Georgina was wonderful hostess. We really enjoyed the delicious meal she and Steve prepared for us on our first night (highly recommended after a travel day). It was not far to drive into Cómpeta but just be aware that the mountain roads are not for the faint of heart. Plan to spend most of your time at the Villa relaxing or walking the road to see the incredible vistas. We made one trip into Nerja for the caves and lunch. I would not recommend driving the mountain roads at night, at least not until you are somewhat familiar with them. Thanks to Gabriele for opening her home to us for a memorable holiday! I hope we can come again someday.
