It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Appartement Zell am See, 100m from the lake (beach)

Our apartment for 2-3 people with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn is in a quiet location, 100 m from Lake Zell with a private property. The apartment consists of a room, a hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a cozy sofa and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake.

Cozy 3-bed room

A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025. Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
