Located close to the train station, just after the level crossing, eight minutes' walk from the city center and two minutes from the Intermarché, where you will find everything you need. The car park is located at the shopping centre a few metres away Busy street but the house is well insulated. The accommodation has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace, air conditioning and central heating.

The Snug House is a 10 minute drive to Bergerac and an hour from Bordeaux and its wine country.
