It has a small living room, a kitchenette stove with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds on the upper floor. It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

You can reach us via Renon or through the Sarntal. Our village unfortunately has no grocery store. In front of the apartment is a sunbathing lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop
