Spectacular vila X w heated pool

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. We are looking forward to be your hosts :)

HEATED POOL! Pool temperature - 25 celsius. Nov 1st till April 1 - NO POOL HEATING. This brand new, 2020 built luxurious villa is located in Kastel Novi, a coastal village with many things to offer. Besides the promenade, beaches, shady parks you will find rich history and culture and family-owned taverns. It is conveniently in between Split and Trogir, two UNESCO World heritage sights. The whole area is known for its rich ancient Roman history, with a rich tradition of winemaking.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Every room is air conditioned and has a wifi access. Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Additional parts of the villa are the pool, indoor and outdoor garage, gym and elevator. Our guests have a private lounge with umbrella's and sunbeds on the beach.

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.
