Easiest 5 star rating I've ever given. Bree has been the best host I could have asked for. The space is absolutely stunning. it has the perfect location with easy access to everything and anything you could need. highly recommend this listing.

My group and I had a great stay for the weekend at Monika and Andrei’s place. Check in was easy and the hosts were super responsive. The place looks exactly like the photos and is well provisioned. The airbnb is located in a good area, right by Sandbanks and drivable to the PEC wineries. The furnished deck, BBQ, and fire pit outdoors were great amenities.

I stayed here with 3 friends as part of a girls trip in April. We appreciated having our own beds, the two showers and back patio. The location was great as we could easily walk to shops and restaurants in Picton and navigated easily by car to nearby Bloomfield and Wellington. We all felt comfortable and secure and the house was clean, bright, and well stocked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Incredible stay! Beautiful home with great amenities. Tara was a lovely host; responded right away every time we messaged, sent us a bunch of wonderful recommendations, and was so kind and accommodating. We loved it!!
