The place is absolutely gorgeous, simple but it feels homey. It’s greatly equipped. Perfect to relax and enjoy the sun and pool, it has a great outdoor area. Going to repeat for sure! :)

Foi uma estadia fantástica! O espaço é excelente para famílias numerosas e ainda colocaram à disposição mais umas camas individuais, o que proporcionou ainda mais conforto para todos. E por mencionar conforto, os colchões e almofadas eram bastante confortáveis. Muito flexíveis com os nossos pedidos e sempre disponíveis para qualquer esclarecimento. A cozinha tinha todos os utensílios necessários e suficientes para o nosso grupo. Não sentimos falta de nada. Toda a família adorou o espaço e toda a sua envolvência. Foi possível conhecer os animais da quinta. Levámos o nosso patudo, que se adaptou rapidamente ao espaço, e fez umas boas passeatas pela quinta. O espaço inclui piscina privada e conseguimos usufruir da mesma e de alguns banhos de sol, quando este aparecia ;) Gostámos tanto que gostaríamos de repetir no tempo mais quente.

Heerlijke afgelegen plek. Bijzonder om in een oud dorpje (welgeteld 1 straat) te zitten. Het voelt alsof je even verstapt in de tijd. Het huisje is prettig en goed gekoeld en fijne bedden. Het gedeelde zwembad wat even verderop ligt, is prachtig. Met een fantastisch uitzicht op de glooiende groene heuvels. Zeker een mooie plek om even de rust op te zoeken.

Ana’s place is beautiful and convenient, felt right at home. The surrounding is peaceful and beautiful, really enjoy to hear the river. Ana was great, friendly helpful and communicative. We had a great weekend. Highly recommended!!!

Hôte très amicale, réactif et de bon conseil. La maison est très bien agencé dans un environnement exceptionnel, pour ceux qui cherchent le calme c’est l’endroit idéal. Heureusement que la piscine était présente pour pouvoir ce rafraîchir. Le barbecue avec plancha dans la cuisine extérieur idéal. Nous avons passés une semaine merci. Je recommande vivement

Nous avons profité d'une belle semaine dans la maison d'Hernani, par le biais de Joao avec qui la communication a été facile et agréable. La région vaut la peine d'être visitée : Coimbra, la Sierra de Lousa, Tomar ou Bathala valent le détour et méritent un peu de route. Le calme de la maison, la belle terrasse et la piscine nous ont permis de bien nous ressourcer après nos explorations.

The house of Lourdes was a fantastic place to spend time with family. House is spacious and comfortable and the location and surroundings very beautiful and inviting. It is more than the you see on the photos, to really be there you feel like life has been generous! it is one of the best airbnbs i have been :)

Hemos vuelto encantados de nuestra estancia en esta espléndida casa que es aún más bella de lo que aparece en las fotos. En realidad es una casa con mucho carácter, se nota que se vive en ella y eso hace de ella que sea tan acogedora; que uno se sienta como en casa. Está además perfectamente decorada, manteniendo su aspecto antiguo pero teniendo todas las necesidades que requerimos ahora. Así, en la casa no falta de nada. Nosotros hemos además podido disfrutar de ella en invierno gracias a sus dos estufas que han funcionado sin parar y que sin duda han permitido calentar una casa antigua de techos altos, piedra y madera. Si alguien es friolero no espere encontrarse con una casa calentada como en las ciudades pero el fogón en la cocina —como el de nuestras abuelas— es realmente mágico. Además Sam ha respondido siempre que lo necesitábamos. La casa está en medio de un pueblo donde no hay nada más pero al lado hay parajes estupendos. Nosotros sin duda volveríamos. Gracias por todo.

Localização excelente para quem quer fugir das multidões e descansar sem olhar ao relógio! Casa muito confortável e bem equipada. Anfitrião super disponível. Estradas maravilhosas para ciclismo e muitos rios, ribeiros e albufeiras onde dar uns mergulhos.

Um espaço bem decorado e acolhedor, bom para passar um fim de semana em familia.

Wir haben uns absolut wohl in dem Häuschen gefühlt. So gut, dass wir sogar spontan verlängert haben. Unsere Kinder durften das vorhandene Spielzeug nutzen und damit sehr happy. Wir haben uns über die Zitrusfrüchte und das leckere Olivenöl gefreut. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, auch wenn wir die Hosts nicht selbst kennenlernten. Sie waren sehr interessiert, ob alles passt und stets erreichbar. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Nächte ruhig. Landschaftlich ist die Gegend sehr reizvoll und üppig grün. Es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten und Flussbadestellen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We were looking for a house in the country with peaceful surroundings that could fit 9 of us and that’s what we found at Antonio’s Quinta. Spectacular accommodations, impeccable grounds, a great view and a pool round out this amazing stay. Lena, who works at the Quinta, was extremely helpful and ready to serve the houseguests. Despite being over 100 years old, the house was very comfortable, bedrooms had A/C and nice mattresses, showers had plenty of hot water, and the dining area was big enough to fit all of us for meals. The outside grounds were beautiful - the pool area was a nice touch to be able to enjoy the great weather. No hesitations whatsoever to recommend this special Quinta. 5 stars.

Só tivemos uma noite, mas estivemos muito bem. A piscina é pequena, mas para nos molharmos dá perfeitamente.

casa numa zona muito tranquila , perto de tudo. a casa é antiga mas muito bem conservada. fizemos imensos jogos de cartas e tabuleiro disponíveis na casa com a nossa filha , comemos frutinha boa do quintal , fizemos grelhados no churrasco disponível. A Filipa deu-nos um roteiro incrível de praias fluviais , festas e romarias e até cinema. apesar do peso da idade , tudo estava muito limpo e organizado além de ser tudo muito confortável. iremos voltar com a restante família pois adoramos a zona e a casa. muito obrigada pelas dicas maravilhosas que nos deram e pelos mimos de boas vindas! Até breve!

it's located in a very quiet village, nice views, friendly host and neighbours. we came during winter and it was really good but we assume it's even better during the summer.

Domingo and his wife Olinda are absolutely gems that I will always treasure in my Heart! I had a lot of questions initially before booking and they were kind to answer everything I needed to know! My stay was super peaceful, the little house was cool on a warm summers day and I slept very good in the bed! It was a blessing to receive home grown yummies from the farm (Potatoes, tomato, apples, grapes, herbs...) and I took some walks into the stunning nature behind the house. I would return there in a heartbeat. The only thing I did not check before booking (which turned out to be a good thing) was that theres NO WIFI - this would't bee something for working travelers that rely on good internet. Also I'd only book in the summer as theres only one coal oven in the kitchen but no other heating in bedroom. This stay is ideal with car. I stayed 5 days without car and I was so grateful that Olinda took me with her to farmers market and supermarket so I had enough food for my stay :) Loved it

Adorámos estar na Casa da Neta, o lugar muito sossegado, agradável, bem limpo e com dimensões confortáveis para uma família grande. O local é muito melhor do que o que vemos nas fotos. A D. Célia foi muito simpática e sempre pronta a ajudar.

Le logement proposé a été rénové récemment, il est très propre, décoré avec goût, et tous les équipements sont neufs. L'appartement est en plein centre du village, dans une rue piétonne, mais néanmoins très facile d'accès. Il y a de quoi s'occuper dans les environs, notamment pour les amateurs de randonnées et de nature. Notre hôte a toujours été réactive et de bons conseils, et a pensé aux enfants puisque nous avons trouvé quelques jeux et attentions pour eux! Nous vous recommendons Helena pour votre prochain séjour à Amieira do Tejo!

Very charming and charismatic. The decoration was peculiar and interesting. The house was as described. Interesting sleeping arrangements, that badge the house fun.

If you were looking for a place in Portugal to stay look no further. Carlos and his wife were the best host that I have ever experienced. I have traveled the world both with my job and for vacation and this place is amazing. The morning bread with pastries, freshly squeezed, orange juice, milk!! They went above and beyond and made us homemade soup. They also informed us of events nearby that you could not find online (a bull fight, festival) Carlos was so great and helped us package souvenirs to send home! The castles and churches in this area must be seen. The house is so clean and has every amenity you need away from home. I even came back one day and my laundry was folded that I had hung out to dry. We loved Portugal and this Airbnb so much we have already scheduled our next trip back. It is rare that you find a property and people like this anymore. We made amazing memories.
