Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Asti

Clean and well-equipped apartment on an exceptional site: magnificent view, beautiful pool, quiet environment. Lia is a discreet and helpful host. Don't hesitate to ask them to taste their wine production!

The host was responsive and the listing matched the listing. It is located in the center of Cocconato and offers an immersion in a small village in northern Italy wonderful. Recommended if you want to see the area.

A very cozy B&B, apartment was large and had a balcony. An absolute plus was definitely the great swimming pool! From the apartment you can walk to the well-equipped supermarket in about 10 minutes and the center in about 15-20 minutes. However, it goes quite steeply up the mountain, a car is certainly recommended for the area. Communication with the host was always straightforward and fast.

Great place to stay for a few days. The apartment was amazing, clean and perfect for what you need. Views are outstanding. It’s worth visiting the farm with animals and hazelnuts.

Very nice stay with Manuela and her husband. Great welcome with a very good pie and a good bottle. Impeccable and peaceful accommodation and infrastructure. Manuela is very responsive while discreet. We stayed there with three children and we were all delighted. Thank you for a beautiful experience in Italian Piedmont.

We (an extended family of 8) had a great stay in August 2023 arranged around a wedding. The house has lots of space and can be kept cool with the shutters if it is really hot. The pool area is definitely a highlight - larger than we had thoughts, very well maintained and an amazing view from the diving board! The owner (who is living in an adjoining apartment during the summer i think) was helpful when we needed her (to borrow an iron and ironing board for example!) but not intrusive.

We were warmly welcomed, always felt welcome and had a stress-free and relaxing stay. The offer corresponded to the tender - according to pictures and description. In addition, we could also use the WiFi. We were able to move freely and always had the support of Chiara and Franco if we had any questions. I can recommend the place.

Super accommodation with spacious rooms (all with their own bathroom), a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful large garden including pool. Enza and Salvatore are excellent and accommodating hosts, we had a perfect stay from A to Z!
